Anti-estrogens :

Chemicals that interfere with the interaction of the hormone estrogen (a chemical messenger) and its binding site in the cell, the estrogen receptor. If an anti-estrogen binds to the estrogen receptor, it can then block a strong estrogen (key) from binding to the receptor (lock). It can block the action of estrogen by occupying the receptor in the same way that bubble gum could block a keyhole and prevent a key from entering and turning the lock.
