The National Cancer Institute, Factbook
NCI Fact Books exist for years back to 1993. In the Fact Book, in the Cancer Statistics section, are tables covering subjects such as new cancer cases and estimated survival rates. Fact Books are available in PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format.

The SEER Program of the National Cancer Institute collects and publishes cancer incidence and survival data from population-based cancer registries covering 26% of the US population. Site is oriented for use by cancer researchers and epidemiologists.
